UK: No VAT or duty charges
EU: All prices include duties and taxes
USA: No duties under $800
Canada: Duties apply over CAD $22
Other International: Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and may apply upon delivery
Most international orders are shipped directly from our Asia Pacific factory. We do not cover any customs duties or VAT on shipments from this facility. Charges will be billed by the local carrier.

Order Changes & Address Updates
You may change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, we cannot modify or cancel your order. Entered the wrong address? Please contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once dispatched, we cannot change the address or refund for misdelivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.
To request a return:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order.

Important:
- Returns must be authorised before sending
- Unauthorised returns may not be processed
- Return postage is not reimbursed
- Keep your proof of postage
Return Exceptions
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons
- Custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please start your claim through our Returns Portal. You’ll be asked to upload photos for verification, and once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

This depends on your shipping destination:
- UK: No VAT or duties apply.
- EU: All prices include duties and taxes.
- USA: No duties on orders under $800.
- Canada: Duties may apply on orders over CAD $22.

VAT is included for UK and EU orders. International customers may be charged local taxes on delivery, depending on their country’s import rules.
We currently do not offer local collection or pick-up services.
You may change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we’re unable to make any changes.
For security reasons, we’re unable to change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Some deliveries may require a signature depending on the courier and country. Your tracking link will notify you if a signature is needed.
